PICKTAPE is a personal MMA fight pick tracking tool for entertainment purposes only. The app does not facilitate, process, or encourage real-money gambling or wagering of any kind. Nothing on PICKTAPE constitutes financial, legal, or sports betting advice. All picks and statistics are user-generated and for personal record-keeping only.

Past pick performance displayed on any user's public profile does not guarantee future results and should not be relied upon for any financial decision.

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use PICKTAPE. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not create accounts on behalf of others or use another person's account without permission.

You must choose a username that does not impersonate another person, brand, or entity. We reserve the right to remove usernames that violate this policy.

PICKTAPE enforces pick integrity by requiring all picks to be logged from verified upcoming UFC events sourced from public sports data. Retroactive logging of past picks is not permitted by design. Users agree not to attempt to circumvent these integrity measures.

Any attempt to manipulate pick data, exploit the platform, or misrepresent records may result in account removal.

You retain ownership of the pick data and notes you submit. By submitting content to PICKTAPE, you grant HitMobb a non-exclusive license to display that content within the app. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

You agree not to submit content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

UFC, Ultimate Fighting Championship, and related marks are trademarks of Zuffa LLC. PICKTAPE is an independent fan-made tracking tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the UFC or Zuffa LLC.

PICKTAPE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of fight card data sourced from third-party APIs. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information displayed in the app.

HitMobb and PICKTAPE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of PICKTAPE shall not exceed zero dollars, as the service is provided free of charge.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Use, at our sole discretion, without notice.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of PICKTAPE after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
