PICKTAPE ("we," "our," or "the app"), presented by HitMobb, is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using PICKTAPE, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account ID, email address, and profile photo. Your email address is never displayed publicly on PICKTAPE.

Username & Display Name: You choose a username when creating your account. This username is the only identity shown to other users — your real name and email are never exposed.

Pick Data: We store the MMA fight picks you log, including fighter selections, odds, event names, series tags, results, and any notes you add.

Profile Photo: If you upload a profile photo, it is stored in our database associated with your account.

We use your information solely to operate PICKTAPE — to authenticate your account, store your picks, display your public profile when other users search for you, and calculate your performance statistics.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service (Firebase/Google infrastructure).

Your username, display name, profile photo, and pick history are visible to other PICKTAPE users on your public profile page. Your email address, Google account ID, and any other account details are never public.

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), protected by industry-standard security rules that ensure only you can modify your own picks. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS. We implement security headers, input validation, and access controls to protect your data.

PICKTAPE uses the following third-party services: Google Firebase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), and the ESPN public API (UFC event data — no personal data is sent to ESPN).

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will permanently delete your picks, profile, and account information from our database.

PICKTAPE is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
